• Next Level Floors is a full-service flooring installation company. Owned and operated by Licensed Flooring Contractor, Scott Ingram.  Scott has worked for over 13 years in Riverside, San Diego, San Bernardino, and Orange Counties and continues to service these areas.  Scott's main objective is to professionally install all types of floors under the highest standards of the industry.  We make an enormous effort to offer top quality service with multiple experienced crews and flooring installers for a satisfied customer.  We have built a proven reputation of superior flooring installation and customer service.

1. Contact us to schedule a FREE CONSULTATION-  An estimator will arrive at your home/business, preview the areas to install flooring, accurately measure,  and provide you with an initial  installation estimate.
2. Choose the right floor-  After many years of working in the industry and building relationships with retailers, we can connect customers with the best sources to assist with selecting the material that meets your taste and budget.  
3. Additional material inspection step-  We add an inspection of the materials you have purchased because we want to be sure you get what you're paying for.  The materials we are to install must meet our quality control standards before they are installed in your home.  We ask that the customer advises us as soon as the material is selected to evaluate and avoid a delay in beginning your job.
4. Additional Inspection For Appropriate Estimates-   As  we try to get all issues noted right up front, so there are no surprises, sometimes we won't know the exact condition of your floors until all the existing material has been removed.  We will advise you if there may be low or high spots that will require additional flooring prep with floating materials and griding of floor.  Please be advised that there will be additional pricing for floor prep, as we cannot skip this step.  By skipping this step you risk your floor FAILING and limiting the floors life expectency. 
5.  Furniture moving, demo of existing flooring, and dumping-  We will further evaluate and discuss the amount of furniture that must be moved along with costs to remove the existing materials and additional costs and time involved.  We value your safety and will additionally prepare your home prior to flooring installation to avoid the least amount of dust going through the home.  We cannot promise no dust but we will tape off your home as best we can to help with this stage of the whole process.  
6. Beginning the process-  Once we've agreed your materials are of quality, they are available for pickup, and all prep work has been discussed,  a we'll schedule your flooring  installation.   Next Level Floors will also make sure that your install gets completed to your satisfaction.
